Placing an order is a request to reserve product, not a completed sale. A sale is completed in person once ID is verified. Menu items, prices and availability may change at any time, and we may cancel an order if an item sells out or if the order appears to violate purchase limits or applicable law.

All orders are subject to the daily possession and purchase limits set by state law. Orders that exceed those limits will be reduced or cancelled.

Payment is collected in person, by cash or debit, at the pickup counter or at delivery handoff. We do not process cannabis payments online. Prices shown exclude applicable state and local cannabis taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery is offered only where legally permitted and only to a valid residential address within our service area. Someone 21+ with matching ID must accept the order in person. We cannot leave orders unattended and cannot hand off to an intoxicated person.

Promotions are limited-time, limited-quantity and may not be combined unless stated. Codes have no cash value and may be modified or ended at any time. Abuse of promotions, including duplicate accounts, voids the discount.

For public health and safety reasons, cannabis products cannot be returned once they leave our premises. Defective or mislabeled items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis as permitted by regulation.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, resale, diversion to minors or any other unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime 420 Route is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from product use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
