Account details you give us (name, email, phone, date of birth), your age and ID verification status, order and favorites history, and basic technical data such as device and browser information needed to run the site.

To verify you are 21 or older, to fulfill pickup and delivery orders, to keep required sales records, to prevent fraud and diversion, and to send you order updates. We use aggregate data to understand which products sell.

ID is checked visually in person at handoff. We record only that verification occurred and the information regulators require. We do not sell verification data.

Service providers that host the site and database, delivery staff fulfilling your order, and regulators or law enforcement when legally required. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

Promotional messages are opt-in and never sent to anyone who has not confirmed they are 21+. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Order and verification records are retained for as long as state cannabis regulations require, then deleted. Other account data is deleted on request unless we must keep it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing mikedawsonjr@icloud.com. Depending on your state you may have additional rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security so customers can only read their own records. No system is perfectly secure; use a strong, unique password.
